A new event reaches your other calendars within 30 minutes on Free, and within seconds on Pro when it came from Google or Outlook. If it has been longer than that, work down this list — the first two causes account for most missing events.
Has enough time passed?
On Free, Keeper.sh checks your calendars every minute and delivery is not instant: two minutes of nothing is normal, so wait out the half hour before treating it as a fault. On Pro a Google or Outlook change should land within seconds, and an iCloud, Fastmail or CalDAV one within a minute or two, since those are still checked on a timer.
Calendar apps add their own delay on top. Your app decides when to re-read a subscribed link, and some wait hours — see a subscribed calendar is showing out-of-date events.
Are events being sent from this calendar to that one?
Events only travel in the direction you set up. A connection from A to B copies events created in A into B, and does nothing for events created in B.
Open the calendar the event was created in and check Send Events to Calendars. If the other calendar is not ticked there, no connection runs in that direction. Sending events to another calendar covers adding the second direction.
Is the event inside the date range?
Keeper.sh copies events from one month back to two years ahead by default. An event outside that range is not copied, which usually explains a missing event far in the future or one dragged well into the past.
The ranges are set per calendar under Sync Window, up to two years in each direction. Changing them needs Pro. How far events are copied has the detail.
Is the event excluded?
Exclusions leave whole categories out: all-day events, and on Google, focus time and out-of-office blocks. They are off until someone turns them on. If the missing event is a birthday, a holiday or a focus block, check Exclusions on the calendar it was created in.
Did you hit a limit?
If you set the connection up recently and it did not take, you may have hit the Free plan's limit of 3 connections. Adding another calendar is blocked by a plan limit covers what that looks like.
Is the account still connected?
Google or Outlook can revoke access after a password change, a revoked app-specific password, or an administrator policy. If an account has stopped working, reconnect it from the dashboard and the waiting changes flow again.
