Plans and limits

Updated August 14, 2026

Free and Pro differ in three counts and one speed: accounts, connections, shareable links, and how quickly changes land. Everything else is the same on both plans, including the calendar services you can connect and the privacy defaults.

What Free and Pro each allow

FreePro
Linked accounts2Unlimited
Connections3Unlimited
Shareable calendar links1Unlimited

A linked account is one calendar service you have signed into, however many calendars sit inside it. A connection is one calendar sending events into one other calendar. A shareable calendar link is one link anyone can subscribe to.

At a limit, the dashboard says so where the action would have been.

How quickly changes land

Keeper.sh checks your calendars every minute on both plans. On Free a change reaches your other calendars within 30 minutes; on Pro, within a minute.

What Pro unlocks

Price

Pro is $5 a month, or $42 a year paid annually. Billing runs through Polar. Changes and cancellation happen in the customer portal linked from your account settings, and the pricing page carries the plan comparison.

Running Keeper.sh on your own server

Run Keeper.sh yourself and there are no plans at all. Every account gets the full Pro feature set, none of the counts above apply, and there is nothing to pay. You supply the server, the domain, the updates and the backups.

The code is open source, and open-source calendar sync covers the wider landscape if you are weighing that up.
